As I described in a previous post, I have been collecting emails in a popular market. I just put up a basic website and have been writing articles to get traffic and see how much I can make.
The results so far are not as promising as I had hoped, with my list only has 18 verified subscribers from several hours of work. I have not made any sales yet BUT I have made a significant breakthrough.
Whereas before I was getting 10% verification rates, I have now improved that to nearly 100%. All I did was to add a page telling the subscriber to confirm their email to get a “free bonus”. It seems to have worked quite well but I am looking out for any unsubscriptions.

My aim now is to get more traffic to the site and get the first sale. I am still trying to think about adding more content to the autoresponder OR to send out a broadcast and see how many people pick it up.
So the plan moving forward is to add more content to the list and get more people to join
